ElearningConsultancy.com worked closely with The Higher Education Academy - Health Sciences and Practice to design, develop and deliver a bespoke employability system containing interactive tools. The project involved the conversion of a paper-based product into an easy to use, extendable and flexible online system. The product supports the development of employability for students and working professionals in Health Sciences. End-users are able to maintain a record of their achievements and learning against professional standards in different areas of Health Care.

The system allows rapid access and input, including the ability to email content and download it at any time. In addition, end-users can add their own development goals to the formal criteria to individualise the experience, The result is the creation of a personalised professional learning environment. The product has just completed the pilot stage before being trialled in different universities in the Summer of 2009.
